Common faults 1:
The sensitivity of the 1. dial pointer is very poor. After unloading, there is a halfway stop phenomenon, or the location of the zero point changes frequently. The causes of this phenomenon are manifold.
The pulley and the rails on the 2. teeth bar are too dusty and rusty. At this point, we need to remove the cleaning and add a little clocks oil.

The contact between the 4. toothed bar and the toothed bar should be loosened.
5. the oil return condition of the bumper is not good. It should be adjusted or cleaned.
6. the belt on the piston is too loose or too loose for the piston to operate at constant speed.
7. When the friction of the force measuring piston increases or stuck in the cylinder, the chromium oxide abrasive paste is applied to grind the piston until it is normal.
8. the swinging hammer has obstructions in lifting process, or the shaft is too dirty or rusty, so that the pointer changes back to zero.
Common faults two:
1. when the tensile test is performed, the fracture of the specimen is always broken on both sides. The cause of this phenomenon, first of all, should consider whether the main part of the test machine installation is vertical, such as eliminating this reason, and then from the following three aspects to eliminate.
2. when the jaws are clamped, they are not placed correctly, and the specimen should be clamped together according to the requirements. 3. The poor quality of the nippers and the damage of the teeth not only affect the different center of the nippers, but also make the sample slip during the test, making the yield point difficult to identify. The jaw should be replaced.
4. the lifting wheel is not adjusted so that the upper and lower jaw is not concentric. A test rod should be manufactured. After the upper and lower jaws are tightened, the dial gauge shall be used to measure the force according to the two force columns until the adjustment is qualified.
Common faults three:
The position of the swinging hammer is not normal, and the pendulum bar is not allowed to mark vertically.
The main reason is that the viscosity of the oil is too high or the oil is too dirty. Exclusive method: replace the appropriate viscosity oil.
The force piston has greater friction or no rotation. Troubleshooting: check whether the test machine is horizontal and exclude the piston fault.
There is unstable friction. Elimination method: Clean the swing shaft bearing, gear rod, pointer, line wheel, adjust the level of testing machine, reduce the existence of unstable friction.
Common faults four:
Hammer return position is abnormal, fast and slow.
Usually, the buffer is screwed to the right position. However, if the oil hole of the buffer is blocked, or if the steel ball of the buffer valve contacts with the inlet part of the stolen goods or the gap is too large, the buffer will fail. The solution is to clean the buffer valve and adjust the clearance between the steel ball and the valve seat at 0.5mm. Place the oil needle knob to reduce the clearance between the needle and the valve body, and re list the symbol of the A.B.C weight. Also, when the temperature is greater, oil can be changed properly.
Common faults five:
The passive needle can not stop well at any position, and it does not coincide with the main needle.
The elimination method is to remove the dial glass, adjust the passive needle pressure spring screw, and adjust the pointer, so that it coincides with the main needle.
Common faults six:
When loading, the oil leakage of the oil circuit system is serious or the tubing is broken.
First, check whether the joint of the oil circuit system is tightened. If necessary, replace the washer. If the tubing ruptures, then the need to replace the higher strength of the tubing, in addition, to observe the delivery valve, relief valve piston is dead or reverse.
Common faults seven:
After the specimen is broken, the pendulum will fall rapidly and cause impact.
Mainly buffer failure, in addition to the conventional adjustment, should also consider whether the oil is too thin, too dirty and so on.
