The nine steps of the hydraulic universal testing machine are:

1, connect the power cord, press the "power" button, the indicator light is on.

2, select the range according to the specifications of the sample.

3. According to the shape and size of the test, the corresponding jaws are installed in the upper and lower jaw seats.

4. Turn on the oil pump and screw up the feeding valve so that the platen rises about 10mm, then close the delivery valve. If the platen is already raised, it is not necessary to start the oil valve to feed the oil.

5. Clip one end of the test into the upper jaw. For models with hydraulic chuck, press the "tighten" button on the oil control box to clamp the sample.

6. Start the lifting electric adjustment test space, clamp the sample vertically. For the machine with hydraulic chuck, press the button on the control box to clamp the test vertically.

7. According to the test speed, slowly unscrew the oil supply valve for afterburning. After the test breaks, close the oil supply valve. If the interval of the next group is longer, the oil pump should stop working.

8. Remove the test. For the model equipped with hydraulic chuck, first "up" button to release the upper jaw, and then press "down" button to release the lower jaw, respectively, take off the test.

9. After the test is finished, disconnect the power cord.
