Fault 1: internal electronic thermal relay protection action error symbol: OL1

Resolvent:

1. check whether the motor is overloaded.

2. check whether the rated current value of the motor is suitable. (7-00)

3. check the function settings of the electronic thermal relay.

4. increase the motor capacity.

Fault two: output current exceeding the current error symbol of motor driver: OL

Resolvent:

1. check whether the motor is overloaded.

2. reduce (7-02) torque setting value.

3. increase the output of motor driver.

Fault three: Communication exception error symbol: CE1

Resolvent:

1. check whether the communication signal has reverse connection SG+, SG-.

2. check whether the communication format is correct.

Fault four: motor load is too large error symbol: OL2

Resolvent:

1. check whether the load of the motor is too large.

2. check the torque setting value (6-03).
